Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment

It is possible to pay in the following ways:

-Dankort/VISA-Dankort

-Mastercard

-Maestro

-VISA/VISA Electron

-MobilePay

Receipt

Immediately after confirmation of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a receipt. In the same email, you will receive login details for our online booking, which you can use to book your appointment.

Security

The data sent when paying by card in the Webshop is encrypted (SSL). Neither KAATSU FITNESS nor anyone else has the opportunity to read them.

Confidentiality

Information received is treated confidentially. Information is not passed on to third parties without consent.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us in our webshop, valid from the day you received your item. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by e-mail within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please attach the purchase receipt.

Reversal of Payment

If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. Repayment is made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

Personal Data Policy

In order for you to complete a purchase in the Webshop, we need the following information:

– Name

– Address

– Phone number

– E-mail address

We register your personal data with the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you. The personal data is registered with KAATSU FITNESS A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our Webshop, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so that you are informed precisely what information is collected and why.

The staff at KAATSU FITNESS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information provided to KAATSU FITNESS is in no way passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.

When subscribing to the newsletter, we register your e-mail address. The e-mail address is not passed on to others.

As a registered user with KAATSU FITNESS, you always have the right to object to the registration.

You have also the right to insight into what information is registered about you. These rights have you according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to KAATSU FITNESS A/S via e-mail info@kaatsufitness.dk
