Kaatsu Fitness gyms
The first Kaatsu Fitness center opened in 2017 at Bergensgade 1, Østerbro in Copenhagen. The idea for Kaatsu Fitness was founded by Michael Schewitsch (MS), who still actively runs the chain today. Since then, we have successfully expanded and established centers in Frederiksberg, Amager, Holte, Roskilde, Hillerød, Odense, Risskov, and Kolding.
Instructors and Equipment
All instructors have undergone thorough training in Kaatsu according to the original Japanese protocols as well as the latest research, and all Kaatsu instructors are certified in Kaatsu by Kaatsu Denmark. Kaatsu Fitness is always updated with the latest knowledge in the field and has a close interdisciplinary collaboration with both doctors and physiotherapists.
We do not compromise on the quality of our equipment, and our centers are always equipped with the original and professional Kaatsu equipment, which ensures the most effective training.
