Our original Kaatsu pneumatic pressure belts are designed to deliver the best training experience.
Made from narrow, elastic neoprene, these belts are both soft and comfortable, unlike wide and stiff cuffs. Produced according to original Japanese protocols, the belts can be used both in water and on land.
Arms: Measure the circumference of your upper arm over your biceps and triceps, almost all the way up to your armpit. Round the measurement up to the next whole number.
Legs: Sit on the edge of a chair and measure the circumference of your thigh as close to the top of the groin as possible. Round the measurement up to the next whole number.
