Overview of Kaatsu Fitness Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Dankort/VISA-Dankort
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- VISA/VISA Electron
Receipt
Immediately after purchase confirmation, you will receive an email with a receipt. The same email will contain login details for our online booking system, allowing you to book your appointment.
Security
Data sent when paying by card in the Webshop is encrypted (SSL). Neither KAATSU FITNESS nor others can read this information.
Confidentiality
Received information is treated confidentially. Information is not shared with third parties without consent.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us in our webshop, starting from the day you received your item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email within 14 days of receipt, stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and include the purchase receipt.
Refund
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the event of a value reduction for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Personal Data Policy
To complete a purchase in the Webshop, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal information is registered with KAATSU FITNESS A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our Webshop, we ensure that it is done with your explicit consent, so you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
KAATSU FITNESS staff have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information provided to KAATSU FITNESS is not shared or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
When signing up for the newsletter, we register your email address. The email address is not shared with others.
As a registered user with KAATSU FITNESS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be directed to KAATSU FITNESS A/S via email at info@kaatsufitness.dk.
