With a recently torn ACL, I can feel an extreme difference after just 3 sessions of training. After 8 sessions, I can walk on uneven terrain. I hope that after 2 months of training, I can avoid surgery. Regardless, I have quickly avoided unnecessary strain and become significantly stronger.

I like the place. I came with a right leg and knee that I could barely support. I couldn’t go up and down the stairs normally. I was welcomed warmly and have now had 3 training sessions, which have made a huge difference. Wow, it has made a difference for my body and especially my knee!
